May and June 2020 Stats: How are we doing serving BCIT Students and Instructors online?
In May and June 2020, we worked reference service online using the AskAway chat:
- 144 BCIT Patrons were helped in May and June
- We spent 26 hours online serving BCIT Patrons
- Average session time per patron was 12.5 minutes
