Salmon Return to Canada Way, 100 m from Guichon Alley

The salmon have returned to the edge of BCIT. You can spot them in the creek on the other side of Canada Way.



For more information, check out this Global News story on Guichon Creek. There are reports of Salmon returning to a number of waterways. This CBC article has more information on the work the City of Vancouver has been doing to restore Still Creek.

Pay attention! You can see Factor Four building NE1 in the above video (that’s how close the salmon are).

    I think the salmon will return on Oct. 27, 2016 to Guichon Creek.
