Lamp Post Banners Add Colour to Our Campus

As part of the 50^th Anniversary celebrations BCIT held a Colour Your Campus competition. The original idea for lamp post banners that celebrate the trades came from Interior Design students who collaborated on concepts in 2013. Their idea became the basis for on of the Colour Your Campus competition projects. Students, Faculty and Staff were asked to design artwork that would brighten a number of locations on the Burnaby Campus. Once the designs were received a jury selected the best, and most workable designs, and the concepts were put to a public vote. The winning design for the lamp post banners came from Herman Ho Man Ho, a student in Web Design.
