The Factor 4 team has installed modules (known as ERTs) to its existing natural gas sub-meters so that each buildings is metered in real time.

BCIT is partnering with Tantalus (tantalus.com) to complete this project. Thanks to the Tantalus team for their much appreciated support.
The Factor 4 team also partnered with BCIT GAIT team and BCIT Facilities and Campus Development to select, install and integrate the meters.
