BCIT Forensics alumnus Stephen Fonseca was the only foreign body=recovery agent sent to the rural areas hardest hit by Cyclone Idai.

Cyclone Idai tore through Magaro in Mozambique a year ago, forcing the Lucite River to break its banks.
