This year’s recipients for the Home Builders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) Centra Cares BCIT Scholarship award are Ciaron Driscoll, Luke Evans, Marcus Capaz and Farokh Alipour.
HAVAN, in partnership with the Centra Cares Program, provides four annual scholarships in support of students in the BCIT Carpentry Framing and Forming Program. Funding for the scholarships is raised at the HAVAN Annual Fall Classic Golf Tournament held at the prestigious Swan-e-Set Bay Resort and Country Club. The highly anticipated evening banquet of the tournament features live and silent auctions to generate funds for the Centra Cares BCIT Scholarships.
The students were presented their scholarships at the HAVAN Annual General Meeting on Wednesday April 3, 2019. Thank you HAVAN and the Centra Cares Program, and congratulations to the scholarship recipients!
