PWHL: All Stars 2027

All star games are so much fun to watch but even if it’s not a game they even have such fun activities and just to see all of the all star players. Playing with and against each other is just the best to watch.

The PWHL just came out with some exciting news for the fans and they have just release that they are going to be doing an All star tournament in Toronto in the Toronto Maple Leaf’s Home stadium for this exciting tournament.

This designed of this tournament is built to feature the best competitive Women Hockey players for fans to watch them play some intense and fun hockey. The reason this is happening is that the PWHL was created 4 years ago and the way they started for teams is that they only had just 6 teams in the league just to start.

Which wasn’t that many and since the PWHL is still pretty new, and that fans over the years started following it more, more and more the PWHL kept getting up there in fame so now for how things are going for the PWHL before the start of this current season coming up in Early, November and December.

They would have a number of exactly 12 teams in the PWHL league which is a nice and big boost to the PWHL league to now have 12 teams instead of 6 since, and over these four years they now have the complete 12 teams and more fanbases to have for this League.

And for hoe they got this many teams to add up to 12 they were able to get expanding franchises in America like in Detroit, Las Vegas, San Jose, California and Hamilton. Which in this big move that the PWHL did was a really good move since it brought more people into the PWHL community and made the league much more viewable for the fans of hockey.

Everyone is the PWHL league are excited for this event because they get to have an opportunity to verse other all stars that are in their league, and see what they can do against the other all stars.

And this event will be happening on March 7th in 2027 and there will be teams of 3 who will be doing quick 20 minute games which all the fans are so excited to see, that their favourite all stars in the PWHL will be going against each other in the 2027 All star Tournament.

Head Coach: Canada’s Women’s Hockey Team

International Women’s Hockey tournament is one of the most popular to watch especially in Canada since Hockey is technically the most popular sport in Canada. And a ‘lot of Canadians love watching some international Hockey tournaments especially when it’s about there country playing in it.

The Canadians Women Hockey team just announce news about some moves thy have done and the most important was getting a head coach so they called up Kori Cheverie to coach and lead the Canadian’s Women National Hockey Team.

The Canadian Women’s National team are going to be competing at the world championship in Esbjerg, Denmark. which they have just announced on Thursday for this news.

The 39 year old Kori Cheverie that she coached the PWHL’s Montreal Victore to the Walter cup title last season which was a really big cup win for her

she will also be having two assistant coaches that will be by her side for this years tournament and for the rest of 2026-27 season is Caroline Ouellette and Kris Sparre that will be working by Kori Cheverie side for the Canadian Women’s National Hockey team.

This has been such an amazing news for both the fans and the coaches who were hired for these roles especially for Kori Cheverie since she said that she is very proud and honoured to have an opportunity to lead the Canada’s Women’s National Hockey Team.

Which this role would be everyone’s dream for who are really into hockey the fans on the internet after hearing this have been saying how excited they are to see the Women’s National Canadian Hockey Team play out for this year of 2026 to 2027 since a ‘lot of hockey fans have been waiting to see them on the ice.

Skating with speed and agility passing the puck around making those amazing plays and scoring those wonderful goals that just make the crowd goes nuts and excited.

And with this decision on making Kori Cheverie as head coach is such an amazing idea since she is one talented and really smart coach. And that she is one heck of a coach and is the perfect match for the Women’s Canadian team.

Hearing this news means a ‘lot because not only that the Women’s National Hockey tournament is coming soon it’s that everyone is excited how the team is going to be run in Kori Cheverie’s hands for this season.

 

 

Olympics: Isabella Holmgren Women’s U23 Road Cyclist Medal

The Olympics is one of the most popular to watch for sports for different types of sports that so many countries face off to win the gold medal for there country is a dream for a ‘lot of athletes but a ‘lot of hard work.

The Olympics just made news today about the Women’s U23 Road Cyclist and that Canada just made history for themselves that the first women ever in Canadian history for women U23 Road Cyclist that the first ever women to ever get a medal in this sport for Canada was Isabella Holmgren.

Isabella Holmgren became the first ever Canadian U23 Women’s Road Cyclist world to win a medal for her country it was one epic sport to watch she was really close to winning the gold medal but she just barely missed making it which is still and amazing accomplishment.

Isabella Holmgren stats after she finished it she finish after 134 kilometers and 2 960 meters of climbing in the three hours 52 minutes and 50 seconds which with those stats she just felt short from winning gold and lost it by Viktoria Chladonova which she was representing for Slovakia.

The crazy part about this is that in this worlds this event features over 1000 athletes from more than like 75 countries all over the world which is an crazy amount and just from the 75 countries watching there country play in this event is a ‘lot of people watching and cheering supporting there country to try and win gold medal.

Isabella Holmgren was so fast in the event that it just was so close everyone watching her with the speed and getting the help she got from her teammates and her country just looks amazing with the fast pace and motion that is just so fun to watch the fans were getting so nervous on who was going to finish the race.

It was so close but like we said before Isabella Holmgren couldn’t get 1st place and winning the Gold Medal. But just because she didn’t win the Gold Medal that doesn’t mean she lost anything because the best part about this event is that she tried her best and she was able to get Canada’s first ever medal in the U23 Road Cycling event in the Olympics.

This reward meant so much to her and she was very happy to win the silver medal for her and country and her team.

Blue Jays: Eliminated From Playoffs

Being eliminated from getting the chance to play in the playoffs is one of the worst things to experience and to feel. Especially when you are playing in the big leagues like the MLB, playing tons and tons of games just to make it is just painful.

There was sad news today for the Toronto Blue Jays fans, since the Blue Jays had a slim chance of making it to the playoffs has now become a 0 percent chance in making. The Toronto Blue Jays’ most recent game was against the Baltimore Orioles. And the game was just all Baltimore until it got to the 9th inning, when the Blue Jays were making it a comeback.

But even though they got 2 points and made it to a 2-point game lead for the Baltimore Orioles, they still couldn’t get the comeback they needed, and they lost the game 4 to 2. The Toronto Blue Jays fans and the players knew that the season was over after that loss, since they needed that win just to stay alive and to have just a chance to make to the playoffs.

The Blue Jays players all could have done was watch their playoff chance just float away, where that can’t reach it at all. Since the season is over, the Blue Jays had to head home and just play the rest of the games of the regular season.

Since now they have three games left until the regular season ends and they are versing the Cincinnati Reds for there final three games on the end of the regular season.

It is just crazy to think that the Blue Jays went to the World Series and went up against the defending champions the Los Angeles Dodgers and seeing them loose in game 7 until now they have been eliminated from making it to the playoffs which a’ lot of the fans are still upset about till this day after what happened in the World Series.

This loss really was a tough loss since now that the fans and the players get to play there final games of the season and are hoping to get all three wins just to end there regular season with a nice win streak of 3 just to end it off for there fans.

Because winning the last three games of the season would mean a lot to the Blue Jays players and there fans since they are the final games of the regular season.

 

 

Toronto Maple Leaf’s: Preseason Report

During the preseason is exciting to see, especially when it’s getting close to the regular season. Sometimes the preseason is not that fun to watch since it doesn’t count towards the regular season.

But it is still fun to watch since it’s hockey, and hockey is fun no matter what, even if it’s preseason. Toronto Maple Leaf’s preseason games have been really good so far, since today they have had two games against the Ottawa Senators. It’s best to see the Canadian team go up against each other; a lot of Canadian hockey fans loves seeing that action.

And the Toronto Maple Leaf’s were on fire in those two games. They were the most dominant in the first game in the series against the Ottawa Senators because they went on with a huge scoring game it was amazing. The players were just skating with the puck with fast motion and amazing passing plays that were just so smooth that even the fans started getting so excited for seeing the Toronto Maple Leaf’s ‘ players going at it on the ice.

Throughout the 2 games that were played, the Toronto Maple Leaf’s won both of their two games with high-scoring games. In the first one, they were scoring so much that everyone new it was over since the Maple Leaf’s were just all over the Senators and just shooting a bunch of shots and they won 6 to 1 which when that game ended the fans were so proud and happy to see them win that game by a huge margined.

But after they even did amazing on the second game just using all of that momentum and motivation they got from the first game they had with the Senators they went off again but it did become close and that that the Senators made almost a comeback.

But the Toronto Maple Leaf’s were just on fire on that game and they won there second game against the Senators 4 to 2 which made the Toronto Maple Leaf’s fans so happy it made the fanbase have one heck of a day.

This game really meant well to the Toronto Maple Leaf’s fans and most importantly to the players because after what happen on there last two games they played against Montreal Canadians they lost both of them. But this time in these two games they won both of them so it was a huge comeback for the Maple Leaf’s for winning these two games.

 

 

 

NFL: Week 2 Curse

Week 2 of the NFL has been having a lot of news lately, and it’s not the good type of news you want to hear, especially when the news we keep getting is affecting a lot of teams in the NFL.

The news we all keep getting are the injury’s yes throughout this regular season so far. We have been getting lots of close games, even good ones, but do we even call them good games since a lot of the NFL star players have been getting injured.

Throughout this regular season, fans from a lot of teams, like the Chicago Bears fanbase, Washington Commanders fanbase, New York Giants fanbase, New York Jets fanbase, Atlanta Falcons fanbase and even the Indianapolis Colts fanbase.

Those fan bases have been getting a ‘lot of unlucky injuries’ and the internet has been zooming through so many clips of the players in those teams getting injured and not having that many replacements, which is the biggest scare for a lot of NFL teams because losing your star players is the scariest part since they put a ‘lot of key plays that help them get wins in the regular season.

Like for example, the main starting quarterbacks from the Bears, Giants, Falcons and the Washington Commanders. Jaxson Dart, Jayden Daniels Caleb Williams and Tua Tagovailoa the starting quartbacks for those four teams are injured and half them honestly might not come back for this season which is a really sad news to hear for these fanbases and there’s even more then just those players.

And everybody on Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat and YouTube everyone is posting videos that omg what is going on in the NFL why is everybody getting injured all of a sudden. Like we have them holding the football and just getting hit hard but linemen and have some who have loss there football when they are running with the football because of the field they are on.

And for all of those fantasy football players out there it is not going to be looking good for their fantasy football teams since honestly these injuries are really hurting the football fan bases and they want to stop with these injuries.

Because it is affecting fans and especially the football teams itself because there are going to be lots of trouble if injuries are starting to happen already at Week 2 in this regular season.

 

 

Vancouver Canucks: Preseason Opener

The preseason of hockey is the most exciting for fans since it gives news to everyone that hockey season is about to start very soon for the regular season. And that everyone just can’t wait to see what some of the new players can do in a preseason game.

The Vancouver Canucks had their preseason opener game against the Calgary Flames, and it was fun to watch and really intense. Everybody in the stadium was so excited to see the Vancouver Canucks play a preseason game and was so hyped to see it.

And then when all the players were ready, the game started. The Vancouver Canucks were skating around, trying their best to make some action in the game. But they couldn’t get so much action in the 1st period, especially for the Calgary Flames which the period ended 0 to 0 with no goals in the first period.

Then the second period started with action, but not a lot from the Vancouver Canucks but the Calgary Flames were able to put up a huge score of 3 goals in the 2nd period and the Vancouver Canucks couldn’t put any goals in and the period ended with just 3 to 0 having the Calgary Flames with a huge lead going into the 3rd Period.

In the 3rd period it wasn’t really going well for the Canucks but they started to put some pressure on the Calgary flames with the epic passing and trying to find open shots for them to score a goal to put something on the score board.

But later in the 3rd period Cootes was able to make a huge pass to Bains and scored to make the score 3 to 1. And the Vancouver Canucks were able to bring some momentum for the team.

But later during the game the Vancouver Canucks couldn’t seem to put in another goal which ended the game 3 to 1 against the Calgary Flames and they loss there preseason opener game.

Even though it was just a preseason game it did mean a ‘lot to the players because they wanted to at least get a win especially on the preseason opener and to give the Canucks fans some hype and excitement.

But the fans are not worried at all since this is only a preseason game and not a regular season game since preseason doesn’t really matter at all since it doesn’t goes towards there chance on making it the NHL Playoffs.

 

 

Vancouver Goldeneyes : Hire New GM

New hires are just so amazing to see because when we see teams hire people, we just get so interested on what it is, and honestly, it sounds very exciting on the news about the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

The Vancouver Goldeneyes announced that they hired a new General Manager which her name is Alison Izzi she was the perfect person to hire for the Goldeneyes because of the wide ranging background she has in professional hockey, and spanning across with the NHL and the AHL which is the National Hockey League and the American Hockey League.

Alison Izzi is the best that comes to knowledge with hockey, and she has made a lot of attention from the amazing work that she has done. And Alison Izzi brought a lot of knowledge and experience with the Vancouver Goldeneyes with made her a huge fit and a huge spot on the team for working with the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

And she has done so much hard work that she has spent her career working across so many areas that are the most important part on how to run a professional hockey team. And all that connects with player contracts to hockey operations, Governance and of course the most important part player safety.

And Alison Izzi understands fully about all of those keys factors and pieces to connect the puzzle on how to run a hockey team which for the Vancouver Goldeneyes is the perfect and most valuable part about Alison Izzi and why she is very valuable to the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

Fun fact about Alison Izzi is that she is an attorney and hockey executive from the Rhode Island with huge amount of 8 years of experience in the professional hockey leagues. And she even clerking for the NHL in the Legal Department which is a really important role for the NHL.

Prior though to all of that information she even served as the Vice President of the Hockey Operations/Governance at the AHL. Which is a huge role and shows that she has the best skills for what she does in the Professional Hockey Leagues.

With this big move for the Vancouver Goldeneyes they are so excited to work with Alison Izzi and to see the magic she can do for the Vancouver Goldeneyes.

 

 

Drew Brees: Report of a Maybe Comeback

After retiring from a sport you were very good at can be really sad, especially the history that you leave behind for other great players to try and achieve is the best feeling, but imagine coming out of retirement to play again.

The Denver Broncos have been on the news lately because of a discussion that nobody would think that would ever happen, and honestly, a lot of people were sitting in their rooms and thinking, could this work, or will this actually happen.

Well, a lot of times we hear news like this, and we all think this won’t happen, as these types of scenarios can get us really excited for no reason, but actually this might come true and might actually happen, but a lot of the time it won’t.

The talk came out from the Week 1 game between the Denver Broncos and the Kansas City Chiefs. And that the Denver Broncos actually reached out to the retired Hall of Famer Drew Brees prior to the last season, when they lost in the AFC Division Championship game against the New England Patriots, which was a really close game.

And there was more news that did cause a Kerfuffle in Denver, with the head coach Sean Payton saying that in last week he didn’t hear from Drew Brees about a comeback consideration yet.

Drew Brees is one heck of a player and honestly seeing him on the field again would give a ‘lot of people flashbacks from his past games when he played in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints. A ‘lot of his fans were really excited to see him come back.

And seeing Sean Payton coaching Drew Brees again seeing them working together would be such a beautiful thing to ever see. Like Drew Brees making outstanding plays and seeing the Sean Payton freaking out with excitement would be such an amazing sight to watch on live television and even in the stadium watching them again.

For playing in the NFL again would mean a ‘lot to Drew Brees but after saying he couldn’t do it anymore with his right wrist and shoulder is just hard to hear and honestly it would be really interesting to see him comeback and play for the Denver Broncos and being side by side with Sean Payton because that would be news breaking for the NFL.

 

 

 

Michael Penix Jr: Is Back

After waiting for a long time to see your young quarterback to go back on the field is the best thing to hear, especially when there has been good news to hear from it.

The Atlanta Falcons have just made news yesterday after their Week 1 game against the Carolina Panthers: the Atlanta Falcons said that another quarterback is starting for this coming up Week 3 game against the Green Bay Packers.

Michael Penix Jr. is going to be starting for this coming up Week 3 game against the Green Bay Packers, which was amazing news to hear because last season on the 2025 Michael Penix Jr.

Got injured in a game and was out for the rest of the 2025 regular season, which made a lot of Atlanta Falcons fans really upset to hear their young quarterback was injured.

It went on the news fast, and a lot of fans were really shocked about the outcome that happened to Michael Penix Jr but now the news came out that he is ready to play an NFL regular-season game in Week 3 against the Green Bay Packers. But the bad part that happened in this week’s game is that the Falcons loss to the Carolina Panthers 34 to 3.

And the Atalanta Falcons fans were not happy for what the outcome was on that game and wanted to see some change because that game was just a blowout for the Falcons which also didn’t make the players happy and the coaches as well.

But now there is a new changed and instead of Cooper Rush. It will be Michael Penix Jr and hearing that made the fans excited to hear that there quarterback is back after having the serious knee injury and now is going to play.

Michael Penix Jr is a great quarterback especially when he runs with the ball when there’s pressure he will find a way just to run out of there and find a wide open pass.

He was so good a ‘lot of Falcon fans say he might be the star quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons but they still haven’t seen how Michael Penix Jr is now after having that bad knee injury.

But this move really made the fans happy and even Michael Penix Jr because this means a ‘lot to him Because he gets to play football again after having a bad knee injury and can finally show what he is capable of doing.
