But not only that he was the 37th captain for the Blackhawks he became the youngest and the fastest hockey player to ever obtained the Captain role for an NHL team.

The players congratulated him on the role for working very hard on there team and showing that he has the leadership skills to become the new captain for the Chicago Blackhawks.
Connor Bedard couldn’t believe when he got the news and he was so excited to play next season he just kept saying how much he just loves playing hockey especially with his teammates and he has just been so excited to see what the future is going to be for him and his team.
