MLB baseball has so many historic moments and a lot of history involved, but there has been more news about a record being broken recently.

Kazuma Okamoto started his first year with the Blue Jays this season and has broken records this year that is making him skyrocket into fame by completing one of the best hitters’ most home runs in a single season, and you probably are going to guess who I am going to talk about: Shohei Ohtani.

Right now, he is called the best baseball player of all time in this generation, and the record that Shohei Ohtani was holding was the most single home runs made in a single season as a rookie. Shohei Ohtani made 22 home runs in a single season, and of course Kazuma Okamoto passed it, making 23 home runs in his debut with the Toronto Blue Jays.

And don’t worry, this news has already been said, but we aren’t just focusing on just this because Kazuma Okamoto has actually broken another record in MLB history.

Which you are probably wondering which one he surpassed. Well, he just broke a record by making 33 home runs, which is the most in a single season by a Japanese-born right-handed hitter. Like, this guy is going crazy that they are putting Kazuma Okamoto on the holy cinema meme because that is right, because after all, they’re not wrong, because Kazuma Okamoto is making history right now and the season is still not over yet and he has more time to make more home runs.

Kazuma Okamoto is now what people are calling him the next Shohei Ohtani but just for batting since Kazuma Okamoto  isn’t a pitcher and is only a batter in the MLB. Which maybe he could be the next Shohei Ohtani for batting but remember this is just his rookie year and Kazuma Okamoto has a ‘lot of time ahead of him if he is going to make more history in the MLB.

But for what I think is going to happen in Kazuma Okamoto career is that I think he is going to do really well in the MLB and continue in hitting tons of home runs with the Toronto Blue Jays which hey we don’t know which team he will end up in the future but for what I see I hope he stays as a Toronto Blue Jay for the longest period of time.
