The festival, which is set to take place in various locations around the city, boasts a star studded line-up this year. Some of the headlining acts are:
Maria Bamford, who’s late night appearances include CONAN, The Tonight Show, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and Late Night with Seth Meyers.
Roy is a correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy and NAACP Award winning The Daily Show with Trevor Noah, who is also performing at this years festival. During Woods’ tenure, he has used The Daily Show’s brand of satire to shed light on to serious issues including gun violence, LGBTQ+ discrimination, police reform, ICE deportations and PTSD in the Black community.
