Mariya better known as BabyTeeth is from the Downtown Eastside in Vancouver and was missing since January and was found not until Tuesday February 9th. Her mother Rachel is also from the Downtown Eastside and works with drugs users at VANDU. When Rachel found out her daughter was not seen in the community in weeks, like any mother she was freaking out. Rachel felt as though there was a lot more that could’ve been done to help find her daughter and this is what she has to say.

This is Part two to Mariya is found, in this second part we will finish listening to Rachel’s frustration and heartbreak of not knowing where her daughter could be. You will also get to hear about the horrible things that have happened to Rachel while living in the Downtown Eastside, as well as what she has to do to make ends meet.
