Taso Gavriel, is a land real estate agent that talks about the challenges of real estate during these tough times with COVID-19, as well as the reality that he is now facing too.

Taso explains some of the challenges he is facing during this new reality:

“COVID-19 is a very sensitive issue, with many people, not only the people that you work for,  but also the people that you need to meet, and discuss the acquisitions you must do in order to see a road through, or a pipeline. What I’m finding, is that you’re constantly dealing with a standard of safety which is, ensuring that you got social distance.”

However, there is an upside to this story.

Taso explains some of the benefits:

“One thing that I have really noticed, and this is something that I wasn’t aware of is the need for human touch. I notice that a lot of people, even though they know that COVID-19 is an issue, and they do the best they can to keep the social distancing.”

Taso also did say that that as long as he continues to keep himself and everyone else safe, then everyone will be happy.
