In real life, we facing a lot of stress our mental health become more and more important. The mental health problem is always excise. It just people discover or not.

How to prevent mental health problem

There is no specific answer for prevent mental health problem because people are different and there are a lot of conditions need to be considered. I do believe a health body and self-discipline life style can lower the risk. Our body just like a clock if you fiddle with the pointer there is no way the clock can work normal. There is a condition need to be considered. Some people work at the midnight it does not mean they can not have a regular life. If work at midnight already become regular, the damage to body actually is lower than we thought. It is lower but does not mean there would not be a problem. There is a compound called melatonin in our brain effects we have good quality sleep or not. The secretion is inhibited during the day and active at night. Also, effects by the lighting too.

When we sleep, our body can self adjusting to have a health body. Melatonin helps adjusting our brain to get into deep sleep and extend the time, that is the time when we adjusting. That is why sometime when we wake up still feel very tired and the brain like chaos because we do not have enough deep sleep time. Of course, it will affect out metal health.

 

How to release stress

In my view, go out and change the environment can help a lot. Even just sit in a library read a book, it helps release stress. Never forget humans are social animals. It is our nature lives together. The environment effect is way powerful than you thought, that’s why people like to hiking. Do not be shiny to take about your stress with friends, there is nothing to be shiny.
