BTech Full-Time

Program Delivery:

FT CST BTech courses are cohort-based, with terms starting in September and January. Each term runs for 15 weeks, and does not include a reading week break. Please bookmark the Events Calendar webpages as term dates may vary slightly year to year.

Finance:

Tuition Fees are payable on a term basis. CST BTech Students are considered ‘continuing students’ and must pay their tuition in full within 10 business days from the start of classes or have an approved fee deferral in place.  Ensure your payment is on time to avoid penalty fees and to keep your place in the program.

Withdrawing from a Course

Withdrawal will be allowed until two-thirds of the way through the course (excluding continual entry and courses less than 1 week long) and will result in a “W” on the transcript. If withdrawing after this deadline, and the withdrawal is approved, the transcript will show “LW” for the dropped course.
The following refund policy applies to full time CST BTech courses:

Deadline	Refund
Within 2 weeks of the term start date	100% tuition refund (less $200 commitment fee)
Before the tenth week (two-thirds into the term)	Last day to withdraw and receive a "W" on transcript
