Over the course of six weeks in the Winter term, this award-winning program is designed to equip you with hands-on leadership experience that enriches your resume and positions you as a standout candidate in the eyes of employers.

During this engaging program, you will:

• Connect with Industry Leaders: Network with experts from diverse industries.
• Discover Your Unique Strengths: Participate in a StrengthsFinder workshop to understand your personal strengths and learn how to leverage them effectively.
• Practice Creativity in a Teamwork Challenge: Apply Design Thinking skills, sharpening your resourcefulness, innovation, and presentation abilities.
• Build New Connections and Have Fun: Meet new people, build lasting connections, and most importantly, have a great time while doing it!
