BCIT Joinery alumnus, Alvin (Koko) Relleve of Citta Group received the Best Apprentice Award in the Special Achievements category from the 2018 Construction Achievements and Renovations of Excellence (CARE) Awards of Vancouver Island.
Managed by the Victoria Residential Builders Association, the 2018 CARE Awards presented 60 awards with more than 300 builders, renovators, designers, and suppliers in attendance. The event was a celebration of sustainable West Coast home design and construction.
In addition to winning the Best Apprentice Award, Koko is an award-winning BCIT Joinery apprentice at the Skills Canada BC and Skills Canada National competition.
