Cat Madden has a 2 year Diploma in Music and a 3 year degree in Vocal Performance from London, England, specializing in harmony, theory, songwriting, ensemble singing, rhythm, reading and writing, stage performance, and recording. She received 5 years of advanced music education under the tutelage of leading industry professionals including David Combes, Paul Stanborough and Vic Bynoe. Actively writing music and performing live since the age of 13, Cat’s musical talent has never stopped shining!

Since moving to Canada, Cat Madden has performed over 120 shows in a variety of venues including restaurants, theaters, festivals, corporate gigs and more. Whether she is performing as a solo artist or as part of a band, Cat has always been able to bring a passionate and powerful musical experience to her audiences!

Not only does Cat excel as a performer, she also has extensive experience in writing and recording music. As a singer, songwriter, rhythm guitarist, band manager, promoter, booking agent, graphic designer, and more, Cat’s talents are on display in her original project “Cat Madden”!

In an interview with Cat, she reveals her love of music and her relentless pursuit of a career in music.

A: My ongoing originals project “Cat Madden”. I worked/work my ass off. song-writer, lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, band manager, promoter, booking agent, graphic designer, sole fundraiser etc. She defines her style of music as a “musical style”, which she has always been passionate about.

She defines her style of music as “Jazz-Grunge” and expresses her desire to collaborate with artists such as Snarky Puppy to maximize her sound!

Sleepcircle’s music takes you into a world of introspection and self-discovery. Their music is not only stunning, it’s something you can’t help but fall into! The unique playing of the bass guitar, the wide bass line and the vibrant drums create a musical myth that will make your heart skip a beat! And the captivating vocals are even more evocative!

The band is not only popular throughout B.C., but also on the international scene! They’ve played two sold-out shows in Kelowna where the atmosphere literally burned to the ground! They’ve also played two sold-out shows in Kelowna, where the crowd burned up the place, and their amazing performance on Swedish rock legends Truckfighters’ “Gravity X” world tour, which was a dark horse in the rock world!

And don’t think that’s all! Sleepcircle took Vancouver’s Ellis Tower by storm at their EP launch party, where the crowd cheered! The band’s “Return to Rock and Roll” show at the Quicksand Theater brought them to the top of their game and the atmosphere was electric! If you have a chance, I recommend you go see them!

Most recently, they played a sold-out show at Apres Apres in Whistler, where they had the crowd screaming for more! Yes that’s the same Whistler where you can ski in the winter and the fact that they opened for American stoner rockers Telekinetic Yeti and LA rockers Deathchant was a luxury meal for the music industry!

From Early Songwriting to Musical Stormbringer

Dan Mangan: a name, a musical legend. This musical genius from British Columbia, Canada, began his musical journey with a dream and a passion when he completed his first set of records, All At Once, back in 2003, at the tender age of 20.

All At Once was not only the beginning of Mangan’s musical career, but also a breath of fresh air for the Vancouver area, which was sparked in 2005 when he teamed up with producer Daniel Elms and friend Simon Kelly to record Postcards & Daydreaming. The re-release of this album was a new chapter in his music career.

In 2009, Mangan’s album Nice, Nice, Very Nice further propelled him to the top of his musical game. The album was recognized as being on par with Chad VanGaalen and Bon Iver, and won numerous awards, including “Artist of the Year” at the Verge Music Awards and a nomination for the Polaris Music Prize. A Musical Journey from JPNSGRLS to Perfectionism

Alternative Rock is a musical genre that originated in the Western music scene in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Its musical style usually combines elements of rock, punk, pop, and electronica, as well as innovations and breakthroughs in traditional rock, presenting a different sound and style from traditional rock.

Hotel Mira is an alternative rock band from Canada, previously active as JPNSGRLS. Their music style is a fusion of many elements, including rock, punk, pop and experimental music elements, presenting a unique and energetic music style.

Formed in 2010, JPNSGRLS consists of Charlie Kerr on vocals, Mike Noble on bass, Clark Grieve on guitar and keyboards, and Cole George on drums. Since its inception, this band has won over many fans with its unique musical style and energetic live performances.
