Provence Marinaside is participating in the this years Dine Out Festival!

There are restaurants in Vancouver that offer more than food. They offer a special experience every time you go there. It’s a combination of food, drinks and the atmosphere that make people feel happy to spend their money and time. One restaurant that does this in a remarkable fashion is the Provence Marinaside at 1177 Marinaside Crescent. It’s a French seafood restaurant and bar but seafood and cocktails are not all they do. They serve brunch, lunch, dinner, wine and cocktails and each of their menus are stacked with delicious creations made by Executive Chef Jean-Francis Quaglia and Chef de Cuisine Sheldon Maloff.

Provence Marinaside does a great job of combining the flavours and recopies from the food culture in the South of France and the Canadian West Coast. They use the ingredients and flavours from both food cultures to create their own version of dishes that can’t be found anywhere but here. Using fresh produce and their culinary wisdom, they have made dishes that taste so delicious! Even if you find other French restaurants that serve the same dishes, the taste is not going to be the same.

The restaurant has a spacious setting with options to sit indoors during the cold and gloomy days and they have the option of sitting in the patio where the False Creek and seawall walk is across the street. The inspiration for the layout of the restaurant comes from restaurants in Europe. They have a similar sophisticated and elegant setting that Provence Marinaside have replicated. The restaurant has a cozy and intimate atmosphere, especially on every Wednesday, when they have live music to set the mood and entertain customers. They support local jazz musicians and their community by donating cash and meals to the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre. Provence Marinaside is participating in the Dine Out Festival this year and it’s the perfect opportunity to try their amazing food and drinks.
