This week on Our Planet Earth, I talked to Cassie Gibeau, head of Education, Outreach and Events at Honeybee Centre in Surrey BC.

This episode talks about the importance of bees as pollinators and focuses on the Honeybee Centre’s ongoing Community Bee Garden Projects, which aim to educate the public about the various types of bees indigenous to the land, and what we can do in our own backyards to protect one of the most important creatures on earth.
