The owner of some of the biggest hits of recent years is celebrating his two decades of career and is coming to Vancouver. One of the biggest talent of our generation John Legend is on tour and will finally bring his passionate lyrics and unforgettable performances to Vancouver. The show takes place on December 3, 2025, on the stages inside Rogers Arena, a show of the Get Lifted – 20th Anniversary Tour, celebrating the album that marked the beginning of his career.

John Legend is a singer known for his songs that mix R&B, a little soul and a little pop, and that’s how he became known all over the world. Songs like “All of Me”, “Ordinary People”, “P.D.A” have won people’s hearts and has been remembered for the last generations. This is your chance to hear all these hits and a lot more of his most recent songs.

The show that will take place at Rogers Arena and it promises to be a great show. Many fans are excited to hear the singer perform live. John is known for having an incredible vocal range that is truly amazing. His performances are extremely emotional, full of life, passion, and he has a great stage presence. A Magical Night With Candlelight

Vancouver is known for its beautiful landscapes, and many people love hiking here, but today I’m here to show you a program for people who like something more peaceful and cozy and not so adventurous. Candlelight is back here in Vancouver and is making some of the city’s most iconic places even more beautiful than they already are. All this while in a sea of ​​candles, lots of music, and lots of magic.

This is the kind of experience that, the moment you arrive at the location, you feel like you’re entering a movie scene. A space filled with hundreds of lit candles, which creates that cozy space with a soft glow. As soon as the musicians enter, the magic begins, and from one moment to the next, your night goes from an ordinary night to a night you will never forget.

You must be wondering: “What kind of music plays in a place like this?”, well, I’ll tell you, this show has music for all tastes. They are always adding new shows and are full of new things, but at the moment, some of the most popular are the tributes to Queen, Beatles, The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, Hans Zimmer, Coldplay, and now at the end of the year they also have some Christmas specials and much more.

What makes this experience more interesting is that even those who are not big fans of classical music will enjoy it. Not to mention that these shows are beautiful places to take photos, capture the moment, and obviously, the perfect program for a date, a girls’ night out, or maybe even a special solo night just the two of you. I confess I would love to receive a show like that as a gift.

You might think an experience like this would cost over $100, but prices range from $40 to $70, depending on the day of the week, the location, and the musical. Is Game Day, Vancouver: Vancouver Warriors Are Back

After an incredible season, including reaching the playoffs for the first time, Vancouver Warriors are back and playing. This Saturday, November 29, 2025, the lacrosse team will take over and the Warriors will have their Home Opener of this season facing the Colorado Mammoth team inside Rogers Arena. So if you’re a sports fan and looking for something to do to have fun on the weekend, here’s the perfect outing.

Last season, the players surpassed themselves, reaching the playoffs for the first time in history and only being eliminated in the semifinals against the Buffalo Bandits, so I think we can expect a lot of dedication, focus, and determination from the players this season, and I expect to find a season with full stands, a very enthusiastic crowd ready for anything.

If you’ve never been to a lacrosse game, let me explain: it’s a lot of fun, the game has a lot of action all the time, everything happens very fast, lots of goals, and the music plays non-stop. I would say it’s a great party, you can enjoy it with your friends while watching a super interesting game right in front of you.

The Home Opener is a very important moment for the players, marking the beginning of everything, and if they win, it gives them a boost to continue throughout the season. Facing Colorado won’t be easy, they are a team known for being a tough opponent, but nothing beats a little excitement and suspense to give you adrenaline on a Saturday.

It’s Ice Rink Season in Vancouver

The holiday season is just around the corner, and the first thing I can think of is that with the holidays and the cold weather comes ice skating. 

There’s no more classic winter experience than that, and here in Vancouver we have the perfect place right in the city center: the Robson Square Ice Rink. It’s back this year from November 28, 2025, to February 28, 2026, where you can skate like you’re in a scene from a Hallmark romantic comedy.

And the best part? It’s free! If you don’t have skates, you can rent them for $5, but otherwise, they’re 100% free. Oh, and of course, if you want, helmets and grab bars are also free.

Robson Square Ice Rink is visited every year by many locals and tourists, and let’s face it, it’s impossible not to have fun. After all, you feel like a kid again, trying to stay up and not fall.

The rink isn’t large or decorated like crazy, which makes it a more relaxed and welcoming place. It’s super beautiful under the glass dome, has Christmas music playing all the time, and is located in the heart of Vancouver, right next to the Vancouver Art Gallery.

With no set skating time, you can enjoy it as much as you want and then find a café, bookstore, food truck, or even take a stroll through the mall right next door. At this time of year, the city is already preparing for Christmas, so with all the Christmas lights, the space becomes even more beautiful and Instagrammable.

Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week 2025: Fashion, Memory, and Resistance

For four days, Vancouver was more fashionable than usual. The city experienced the most sincere way to celebrate identity, and territory. Last Saturday, November 22, 2025, Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week (VIFW) finished another dazzling edition with incredible fashion looks that took over Queen Elizabeth Theatre.

VIFW is an annual event that gives voice, and visibility to many Indigenous artists who are talking about important concepts, such as stereotypes, and to create a better understanding of fashion and indigenous culture. Not to mention that the show is completely focused on sustainable practices, always thinking about the impact this can have on both environmental and social aspects.

Vancouver has a long history with indigenous people, and every day people understand more about the importance of this history. The interesting thing is that at VIFW, the history of indigenous peoples is always addressed along with fashion. How fashion can create deep connections, and how it can be powerful enough to strengthen these communities. In addition, for those who have never been, it is a great place for non-indigenous people to learn more about this culture and create an understanding.

The event was divided into 4 days, where the first, called “Red Dress Event,” features everyone wearing red, to symbolize the death of all indigenous women, men, and LGBTQ+ people. It’s about resilience, a safe space for mourning and also to celebrate the lives of those who have passed. The second night, called “All My Relations,” brings together haute couture with indigenous fashion. Its all about  creativity, and innovation. The third night is “Indigenous Futures,” very fun and lively, it brings all the streetwear and sportswear. It’s a night to celebrate contemporary history and pop culture along with indigenous culture. The last and fourth night is “Spirit of the West Coast,” it’s as special as the others and this one focuses on West Coast designers and celebrates them.

One of the highlights of the event was designer Lesley Hampton, she participated in the second day of the show bringing many pieces that were futuristic with modern touches and a bit of the past as well. She is known for her focus on body neutrality and is one of the names on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list.

In fact, Vancouver Indigenous Fashion Week is an unmissable event, and if you didn’t go this year, get ready so you don’t want to miss it in 2026. It’s an event that goes beyond fashion; it’s about identity, culture, history, the indigenous stories. It’s an atmosphere that unites, celebrates, and makes everyone there vibrate with excitement for the designers.
