Swifties are not going to be happy about this one.

Taylor Swift has accumulated a fan base of largely teenage girls (and me) over the past decade as she sang songs of heartbreak, broken trust, and betrayal. However, with the release of her new album Taylor left fans shocked as she states that the whole time she was the problem! Who would have expected that?

Well actually most people would have expected that. You can only sing about how terrible your lovers are so many times before people start to believe that your ex lovers aren’t really the issue.

Regardless, for Taylor to change her whole brand and suddenly change her outlook on all her past songs was not what fans expected from her new album. Personally though, I don’t believe this will hurt Taylor at all as her new album like all her others is amazing.
