n you guess who’s headlining the Vogue Theatre in Vancouver B.C. on Saturday September 21? It’s none other than Palaye Royale. “Who are they”, you may ask? Well, they are an American rock band from Las Vegas who were formed in 2008. The band consists of three brothers who show their talent via their music. They first formed under the name Kropp Circle and released one EP and two singles before changing their name to Palaye Royale in 2011. Under this name they made five albums and four EP’s. It’s clear that this is their stable name!
Their studio albums consist of: Boom Boom Room (Side A) which reached number 21 in the US Billboard Heatseekers Albums, Boom Boom Room (Side B) which reached number 89 on the Billboard 200 album charts, The Bast*rds which reached number 192 on the billboard 200 charts, Fever Dreams, Death or Glory. As for their EP’s they consist of: Who we really are, The Ends beginning, S*xtape, and Songs for sadness. According to fans this band is always here to provide quality music and innovate their brand and style with each album that they release.
Their style is very interesting and looks very “rock”. When you think of a rock singer you would probably have something like them in your mind. The three boys all have talents that shine in their music. Some great songs from their catalog include: No love in L.A., Broken, Paranoid, Showbiz, Punching Bag, Fever Dream, Lonely, and Hang onto yourself. I can tell that they put lots of effort into their music however, this type of style isn’t my cup of tea.
