bbno$’s Baby Bonanza Music Festival All For A Cause!

Alexander Gumuchian, better known by his stage name bbno$, is orchestrating an amazing evening of music and excitement with ‘Baby’s Bonanza,’ set to occur on May 26th, at the Malkin Bowl, Vancouver.

bbno$ sits as the star of the lineup, a local Vancouver artist who has amazingly bridged the gap between the internet rap scene and mainstream appeal, with his incredible melodies and hilarious lyrics. There is much excitement in the air for his performance in Vancouver.

I first heard about his music from the one song that started everything with Y2K. I first heard that I wasn’t a big fan but have recently become a fan after edamame which may be basic but it is what it is. Over the years he’s had insane collaborations including his song lil’ freak that released recently with internet American Youtuber and streamer MoistCr1TiKaL just such an interesting collab viewing from a glance

American rapper Yung Gravy will also join the lineup, acclaimed for his unique trap overtones mixed with soul and funk, his music is not only refreshing but is set to get fans moving throughout his set.

If you didn’t know, Yung Gray and bbno$ have had an incredible friendship spanning about 7 years ago. I’ve listened to a few songs between the two but when I listened to Yung Gravys music I really enjoyed it like yup!’s vacation vibes and beat are a great blend along with the lyrics.

Freddie Dredd, the rapidly rising star renowned for his eclectic vintage style and dark humor, is another addition to the lineup. The diversity in his music delivers a distinctive edge within the hip-hop genre.

I haven’t listened to the other artists before checking up on the event and I had no idea that Freddie Dread made a very iconic beat in his song Limbo which I have listened to before but never knowing that he made the song.

Dutch multimedia artist Joost Klein takes a spot. His music is a delightful mishmash of lo-fi and hip-hop paired with electronica’s welcoming tones. Fans look forward to the flavor he would bring to this music-packed night.

For my first time hearing Joost his music is a blend of Dutch, English and German which is quite interesting and I quite like his beats like in recent song Europapa which is a upbeat song with great vocals.

Yung Bae brings his future funk to the stage with danceable disco, R&B, and funk blends—a refreshing and energizing dose to an already vibrant lineup.

Yung Bae’s music is amazing with his beats incorporating funk, disco, and R & B. It’s good and also his sampling of 70’s and 80’s disco and funk music is really sick. A track I like is Bad Boy which blends all the elements I’ve said previously.

Canadian groundbreaker rap artist Haviah Mighty also makes the list. Her powerful lyrics and commanding flow show a strong representation for women in hip-hop and are sure to make an empowering performance.

Haviah Mighty style isn’t something I would usually listen to as I listen to mostly Rock, Indie and other genres similar but her music is refreshing from what I usually listen to being hip hop, I can’t say I’m the biggest fan but I’d say her music is good. I’d say Huh is the track that I liked most from her.

Budding artist Eric Reprid will grace the stage with his enticing trap and lo-fi beats. Promising an engaging feel-good time for all guests.

I listened to Nobody Knows and this song is so good having amazing vocals and having a great piano track in the background really keeps this song not busy with tracks and having acoustic guitar coming in two thirds of the way in it’s just such a good song. Although most of his songs have a trap beat with rap over them this is just a treat.

Finally, Jungle Bobby, recognized for his rhythm-rich beats and captivating lyrics, tops off this packed lineup. His debut performance in Vancouver is keenly awaited and could be a standout set of the night.

The music of Jungle Bobby is quite good with his music being described as contemporary hip hop which is a subgenre of hip hop and I’m rocking with this subgenre in his track Dance Floor I like his voice in it and the background voice and also the beat it’s quite a nice blend.

“Baby’s Bonanza” by bbno$ is not just a music event, it’s a community effort. Held in Vancouver, bbno$ led the show with proceeds from every ticket sold directly benefiting the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre how noble.

“Baby’s Bonanza” demonstrated bbno$’s commitment to both his music and his community. It’s going to be a successful event that has other things going for it then just entertainment, supporting a fantastic cause, making a real difference for the women at the Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre.
