Get ready to sing your heart out and make some memories! Coldplay is coming to Vancouver! The British band is set to perform at the iconic BC Place Stadium on September 24th, 2023, and us fans are already buzzing with excitement. Coldplay is such an iconic band with music that feels so nostalgic.
Coldplay’s been around since the late 1990’s and they’re still as alive as ever. They’ve made many hit songs like “Yellow,” “Fix You,” and my personal favorite “Viva la Vida”. I literally did a whole English project where I dissected the lyrics and wrote an entire essay. They’ve easily become a household name and have won countless awards for their music. Many of us grew up listening to Coldplay so they have a special place in our hearts.

Thankfully they’re coming to grace our city with their musical talents. Coldplay has a reputation for putting on stellar concerts so you can understand why everyone’s so excited. You can expect a stunning spectacle of lights, sound, and breathtaking visuals, all woven together by the band’s masterful musicianship. Coldplay infectious energy, powerful music, and incredible stage presence is guaranteed to make this a night worth remembering. The way they can connect with their audiences and be authentic is also awesome. I even feel like I’m being engaged when I’m watching bits of their concerts online. So, I know the real deal would be outstanding!
Plus, we’ll get to see some promising supporting acts at the concert. Artist H.E.R and 070 Shake will both be making an appear at the show. H.E.R is no newbie and has a number of remarkable achievements like winning an Academy Award, a Children’s and Family Emmy Award, and five Grammy Awards. 070 Shake is a talented rapper and singer from the United States. She’s a member of the musical collective 070, and together they have released a mixtape called The 070 Project: Chapter 1. Shake has also popped off in music industry with her solo career, debuting her EP Glitter in March 2018. So, the supporting acts are doing to be an absolute treat as well!
