BCIT also supports employer success & economic development by focusing applied research activities in areas that engage faculty & students to solve business & industry problems to increase competitive strength.
BCIT’s applied research groups work with business and industry on research projects involving:
- Design and development of prototype devices, systems and applications
- Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
- Commercialization and licensing of new technologies and products
