For the third consecutive year, British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) has been named as a recipient in Forbes list of Canada’s Best Employers 2024.
The list is released annually in partnership with Statista and features Canada’s top 300 best employers. The results are generated through an independent survey of more than 40,000 employees working for Canadian companies with more than 500 employees. The questions on the survey included topics such as salary, gender pay-equity, work flexibility—as well as whether the respondent would recommend their employer to others.
