BCIT Big Info returns with endless possibilities under one rooftop

Whether you’re a high school student exploring your post-secondary options or a working professional looking to upskill for a future-proof career, the BCIT Big Info is an open-house event that you’ll want to attend on February 15, 2023 from 4-7 pm at the Burnaby Campus.

Attend BCIT Big Info on February 15 2023 to explore your options

Unlike many post-secondary recruitment events, the bi-annual Big Info offers thousands of prospective students and their families a chance to meet one-on-one with faculty, students, and graduates in the 300 programs offered at BCIT. From business and mediacomputing, and health to engineeringtrades, and applied sciences, you’ll learn about future career prospects and discover the certificate, diploma, and degree offerings that are available as full-time and part-time programs.

Select programs will host informative breakout sessions that dig deeper into their offerings. At each session, you will gain insights on how the small class size, applied education curriculum, and industry partnerships promote BCIT student success and job-readiness in the workforce.

Throughout the evening, there will be opportunities to experience some of the state-of-the-art technology that BCIT students use to enhance their hands-on education, including virtual reality headsets and healthcare simulation robots that breathe and have a pulse. As well, walk through the newly-added BCIT booth to see the mobile living wall and find out what makes BCIT an innovative and exciting learning place.
