The BCIT United Way Halloween Pancake Breakfast 2022 broke all records

What an incredible BCIT United Way Halloween Pancake Breakfast hosted by the BCIT School of Construction and the Environment at the NE 4 Carpentry Shop! It was the biggest and best pancake breakfast yet with over 1,600 pancakes served, and $10,190 raised. We missed having the fundraiser in the last couple of years because of the pandemic, so it was heartwarming to see that the community spirit at BCIT is still alive and strong!

This year’s theme was A Salute to Essential Workers. The BCIT community was excited to have Interim President Paul McCullough, City of Burnaby Mayor Mike Hurley and the Burnaby Fire Department join us.
