BCIT is pleased to announce recent changes and additions to our Board of Governors.
At the June 26, 2018 Board meeting, Kathleen (Kathy) Corrigan was named the new Chair, while Ryan Tones was named Vice-Chair, both effective June 27, 2018.
Jack Davidson was our previous Chair, serving from July 2016 to June 26, 2018.
Kathy Corrigan has served two terms as an MLA (Burnaby-Deer Lake) for the BC Legislative Assembly. She has also acted as a trustee for the Burnaby Board of Education.
New Vice-Chair Ryan Tones has been a Governor since December 2016. He is Senior Vice President and District Manager with Kiewit Infrastructure Group, part of Kiewit Corporation.
Kathy and Ryan are honored to be taking these positions, and look forward to continuing working with the Board of Governors and the Senior Team, and all the members of the BCIT Community.
