Salespeople aren’t what they used to be. That’s a good thing, according Dr. Harj Dhaliwal.

Harj, the Associate Dean, Marketing Management, at the BCIT School of Business, was recently interviewed by Business in Vancouver magazine about the BCIT Professional Sales program.

His main points? That sales is not about manipulating. A good salesperson, he explains, needs to master skills in communication, critical thinking, research and teamwork.

Interested in sales? The BCIT Professional Sales program produces grads who walk into high-paying jobs.
