CSIS Job Placement Opportunities Fall 2023

Greetings!

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) is continuing its recruiting efforts to offer opportunities to students as co-op placements, internships or simply as summer jobs for students who are not part of a co-op program.

Opportunities for Fall 2023 are available on Canada.ca/CSISjobs.  Interested students have until September 30th  to apply. Due to the length of the recruitment and security clearance (Top Secret) process, students apply online one year prior to their planned work terms.  Terms can be for 4, 8, 12 or 16 months.

We will be hosting multiple Virtual events where participants will be able to Join us for our conversation with our bilingual HR professional and Hiring Managers — all ready to answer your questions.

Although most positions are located in Ottawa, some are available elsewhere in Canada. Information on specific locations can be found on our postings.

Basic Requirement:

  • Be a Canadian citizen.
  • Have 10 year of verifiable background information.
  • Full-time status at a recognized academic institution and registered as students at the time of their placement.
