The City of Campbell River is looking for a Forensic Video Technician to work within the Police Services Department of the local RCMP Detachment.
Reporting to, and taking direction from, the RCMP Municipal Manager, you will review, perform technical level forensic video analyses, and process a variety of video evidence for investigative and court purposes.
You will have completed a two (2) year technician diploma in video technology, broadcast television or another discipline relevant to the field of forensic video analysis, and have, at a minimum, three (3) years of recent experience.

The current hourly rate of pay for this CUPE bargaining unit position is $28.71 working 21 hours per week. The health benefits included in this part-time position are: MSP, Extended Health, Dental, and Group Insurance.
