What can I expect to do in this role? As a member of the Senior Management Leadership team you will:

•lead innovative modernization and improvement of the service delivery model for the province’s death investigation system that incorporates quality assurance and supports a culture of continuous refinement

•provide senior medical management leadership, innovation and quality oversight

•lead the development of new/revised provincial processes, procedures and standards in accordance with the Coroners Act

•lead the development of a management framework that incorporates a nursing perspective, and include the establishment of performance metrics to assess the quality of services delivered province-wide

•contribute to policy development and short/long term strategic planning to support death investigations

•provide leadership, oversight and large-scale project management in identifying and developing solutions for program development and change

•enlist engagement and develop relationships with Investigating Coroners
