Career Café Chat – 3D Printing in Healthcare & Open Science

BCITSA has partnered up with the Vancouver Maker Education meetup group and the Open Science meetup group for this month’s Career Café Chats.  Come and meet with industry professionals and learn about 3D printing in healthcare, open science and the community biolab.

Featured speakers:

John Biehler, a local 3D printing advocate & co-founder of 3D604.org, will be talking about the current state of 3D printing and examples of 3D printing in healthcare.

Erik Zepka from Open Science Network, Vancouver’s first Community Biolab, will give an introduction to Open Science, its ideas and how it came about (Community and the Tools of Knowledge: Introducing Open Science).
