Duties
Processes analog and digital video evidence by: digitizing/converting/duplicating/recovering videos; capturing/ enhancing “still” photographs; and vetting audio/video segments. Researches proprietary viewers/codecs required to view various media formats. Provides subject matter expertise, guidance/training to members.
Provides digital imaging services by: downloading images from storage devices; clarifying/resizing images; and creating CDs and DVDs. Takes service/identification photographs. Arranges for servicing/repair of photographic equipment.
Performs administrative support duties such as: maintaining TEAM portal (scheduling and Operational Structure Management), administrative files, electronic photo archives and fingerprint collection; scanning photographs/documents; preparing photographic booklets and documentation for court; preparing/tracking reports; processing mail; drafting correspondence; tracking inventory; administering fleet; attending meetings taking minutes and responding to general inquiries.
Performs financial support duties such as: tracking budget expenditures; reviewing/certifying/processing invoices for payment; processing overtime claims; administering contingency fund and procuring equipment/supplies.
