Non-dairy creamer is a milk substitute that contains trans fat in hydrogenated palm oil. This part is about how to make bubble tea. First, we cook the pearls. First, fill a large pot halfway full with water and bring it to a boil. Add a liquid sweetener to infuse sweetness into the tapioca balls as they cook. I like to use stevia or monk fruit drops, or you could use simple syrup if preferred. Second, Once boiling, add uncooked black tapioca pearls. Lightly stir until they begin to float, then cover and simmer for about 3 minutes. Third, remove from the heat and drain the boba pearls after boiling. I prefer gently removing them from the hot water with a slotted spoon. Finally, transfer cooked tapioca pearls to a bowl and cover with room temperature water until ready to serve. Fourth, To help, add a few tablespoons of cooked boba pearls into a cup, pour homemade bubble milk tea on top, and serve with a boba straw! Now we are cooking the milk tea part; we can use: any tea you like and use boiling water. After the tea is ready, you can put the cooked tea in the already-cooked pearls. Still, before that, we can add some brown sugar inside the cup and move it around for the glass so the brown sugar is all around it. It will taste so good when you put the Milk, and you put the glass in the refrigerator and let the tea cold down a little bit; that would taste good for the summer drink, and you came to enjoy the drink at home with the fans or air conditioning.
