Classic halloween movies and where to watch them

We are almost one month away from Halloween and this means it’s time to watch some seasonal movies, also with the cool and rainy weather is a good idea to enjoy some movies, and why not with a pumpkin pie or latte (here’s the link for the recipes: https://commons.bcit.ca/evolution1079/2022/09/23/pumpkin-season-is-here-and-so-the-best-recipes-for-it-too/ )

So if you don’t know what to watch here are some recommendations of movies and where you can watch them:

Hocus Pocus (1993):

A teenage boy resurrected three a trio of witches (Better Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy) on a Halloween night in Salem, Massachusetts and the witches are trying to catch him. This movie is nice for all the family and you can watch it on Disney + also the sequel is coming up to the platform this September 30 so you can’t miss it!

Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975):

So you like musicals? Well this is one you have to watch for sure! This is a comedic horror musical by 20th Century Fox and it’s about a young couple which car breaks during a rainy day near to a castle where they go to try to find help where they fund the Sr. Frank N. Furter (Tim Curry) a mad scientist who is an alien transvestite. You can enjoy this movie in Disney +

The Addams Family (1991)

This family friendly movie starring Anjelica Huston and Raul Julia is a classic you can’t miss and it’s based on the 1964 series. In this movie Gomez (Raul Julia) is trying to find his brother fester and when he does he realized someone is trying to trick him. You can watch this movie and the sequel: Addams Family Values (1993) on Netflix.

Harry Potter:

This seven movies are a most, if you haven’t watch them or you would love to re-watch Crave is the streaming platform where you can find the whole collection about this orphan boy (Daniel Radcliffe) who goes to Hogwarts, a wizard school and it’s trying to be found by Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes), a dark wizard that wish to be the most powerful one in the world. Also if you’re a Harry Potter fan Crave has the Harry Potter 20th: Return to Hogwarts Special that you can’t miss. 

The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993):

An animated movie by Tim Burton follows the king of Halloween Town, Jack Skellington who accidentally arrives to the Christmas Town and wants to bring the Halloween there. This is a Halloween/Christmas movie so the perfect one to get ready for the season!
