Burnaby Farmers Market is back

As things open up from the COVID pandemic, why not go and support some of the local people that do things from growing produce to making jewelry.

The Burnaby Artisans Farmers Market started back up for the 2022 season last week and is hoping to run every Saturday from 10 am-2 pm until October.

Every salad tastes just a little bit better when made using fresh local vegetables.

You can also get some homemade jams and jellies, some amazing local honey, and even fresh fish and other seafood to make an amazing dinner.

There’s even some delicious kettle corn, perfect for that sweet or savoury tooth.

You can even get some small craft-brewed beer and wine for when you get home.

These are just some of the things you can get from the 40-50 vendors that are set up every weekend.

There’s also some live music that makes for perfect entertainment with that popcorn.

Once you’re done you’re shopping, you can also take a wander through nearby Deer Lake Park or wander through the Burnaby Village.

This is all happening right outside Burnaby City Hall and is an event that you can’t forget.
