The Business Operations Management (BOM) program offers students a set of practical and analytical skills that they can apply to a variety of fields such as Supply Chain, Process Improvement and Quality Management.
In a period of two years, the BOM students learn how to manage, evaluate and improve business processes. During these two years, the students spend one semester working with an external company to help them solve a business issue.
This practicum gives the students the opportunity to apply all the skills they have learned in the program and learn more while working with a client and a project coordinator.
In the BOM program, students are taught the following courses:
- Process Improvement
- Supply Chain Management
- Quality Management
- Lean Systems
- Theory of Constraints
- Six Sigma
- Sustainability
- ERP Systems
- Change Strategies
- Math Modeling
