Author Archives: Nadia Graham

Born and raised in Montreal, a long time ago now, Nadia has actually spent most of her life in Vancouver and doesn’t speak French as well as she used to. She’s currently enrolled in BCIT as a full-time student of Business Operations Management but ended up there through a long and winding road. She has a B.Sc. in Biology, and M.Sc. in Biomolecular Archaeology, and has worked in forensic science, archaeological chemistry, and retail sales – both as sales staff and as management (sales leader). She’s spent the summer working for Ledalite (a division of Philips) and learning all about inventory control and management in a work-to-order environment – not to mention light fixtures. She’s also this year’s Vice President for the APICS (the operations management professional society) Student Chapter on campus.

I Miss My Set Something Fierce

First, I’ll start with: Spring Break was awesome but super busy. A bunch of us from both sets went skiing on the Tuesday. I was pleased to find that after 10 years, I was still pretty good at it. Also … Continue reading
