On the twenty-fifth anniversary of Rick Hansen’s “Man in Motion Tour”, Hansen shared stories about developing a world that includes the disabled.
At a Board of Trade meeting in Vancouver, the Canadian icon displayed pictures of his encounters with world leaders and how he has turned his vision into a reality.
“Thank you so much for all your hard work. I couldn’t have done it without you.” says Hansen.
When The Rick Hansen 25th Anniversary Relay hits B.C, medal recipients will take the stage and share their experiences.
As the relay goes through Canada, medals will be passed along by seven thousand people who have made a difference.
