Twice per year, BCIT hosts its “BIG Information Session & Program Expo” at the main campus in Burnaby. This free event is open to everyone and provides a unique opportunity for people interested in attending BCIT to find out more about BCIT’s full-time programs and part-time courses and programs all in one place, at one time.
The BIG Info event gives you the opportunity to hear from successful BCIT grads, meet with faculty, staff and program advisors, and find out why employers hire BCIT grads. You can even apply to BCIT right on the spot!
When is the next event?
The next BIG Info Session & Program Expo event is scheduled for Fall 2012 at our Burnaby Campus. Exact date/time TBA.
In the meantime, be sure to attend BCIT’s Open House, a spectacular two-day event that gives you the opportunity to learn about BCIT programs, check-out student created displays, meet BCIT students, test-drive applied hands-on learning and win prizes.
Open House is scheduled for April 13 and 14, 2012 at the Burnaby Campus.
Welcome sessions
Learn about BCIT’s unique education path and what Canada’s premier polytechnic has to offer you! Welcome sessions will include student and alumni testimonials, and great prize giveaways. Welcome sessions will be held at 5:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. in SE6 Room 233 (Telus Theatre).

Want to apply to BCIT while you are at BIG Info? The Student Information and Enrolment Services office will be open until 8pm in case you wish to apply.
Got a large group?
Groups of 20 or more wanting to attend the BIG Info Session are welcome and are asked to contact Recruitment Services a month before the event date to arrange bus parking, times, etc. Please email or call 604-432-8232 with details regarding your group.
